Site Visit Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Visit Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and conducting property/site visits with prospective clients, ensuring a smooth and informative on-site experience. This role is critical in converting leads into successful deals by providing timely support, accurate information, and a positive first impression of the property or project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and conduct property/site visits with potential customers and clients.
• Ensure all scheduled site visits are well-organised, punctual, and professional.
• Provide accurate and relevant information about the site/project, including features, benefits, pricing, availability, and legal clearances.
• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries during and after the visit.
• Liaise with the sales and operations teams to ensure all client requirements are addressed.
• Maintain a daily/weekly report of visits conducted, customer feedback, and follow-up actions.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during site visits.
• Handle any on-site issues or escalations promptly and professionally.
• Assist in updating CRM systems with visit logs, client details, and follow-ups.
• Develop a strong understanding of the project inventory, location advantages, and competitors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
• 0-1 year of experience in real estate, customer service, or field operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation skills and client-handling experience.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work on weekends and travel locally as required.
• Basic knowledge of real estate projects and market trends is a plus.
• Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred for mobility).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
