Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback in the CRM system. Sales Support and Target Achievement: Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate lead conversion and achieve sales goals. Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets by generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments. Market Knowledge and Data Management: Stay informed about real estate market trends, competitor activities, and project details to effectively answer client questions and provide relevant information. Provide feedback to the sales team and management on customer needs and market trends.
