Site Supervisor (with Sales Responsibility)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor who can effectively manage on-site activities while also contributing to client engagement and sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in interior or construction project supervision and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations and ensure project timelines are met

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients for smooth workflow

Monitor quality, safety, and material usage at site

Conduct client meetings and assist in sales discussions

Prepare progress reports and support the management team with updates

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum 6 months of experience in site supervision or interior project management

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to handle both site and client responsibilities

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

Compensation:

Salary based on experience
