Site Supervisor

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Interior Site Supervisor to join our growing team. You will be the on-site point of contact ensuring the smooth execution of interior design projects — from coordination with vendors to supervising workers and maintaining timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house design team
• Interpret drawings and ensure accurate on-site execution
• Maintain project timelines and ensure quality control
• Monitor site safety and cleanliness
• Provide daily updates and progress reports
• Resolve on-site challenges efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2–5 years) in interior project execution/site supervision
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel to different project sites (if applicable)
• Proficient in MS Office, WhatsApp communication, and project tracking tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
