Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Interior Site Supervisor to join our growing team. You will be the on-site point of contact ensuring the smooth execution of interior design projects — from coordination with vendors to supervising workers and maintaining timelines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house design team Interpret drawings and ensure accurate on-site execution Maintain project timelines and ensure quality control Monitor site safety and cleanliness Provide daily updates and progress reports Resolve on-site challenges efficiently Requirements: Proven experience (2–5 years) in interior project execution/site supervision Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel to different project sites (if applicable) Proficient in MS Office, WhatsApp communication, and project tracking tools Preferred Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi Why Work With Us?
