Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all civil construction activities at the site. Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality control and adherence to deadlines. Maintain daily site reports, attendance, and material usage records. Address and resolve technical or operational issues at the site. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Proven experience in civil site supervision. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety standards. Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and plans. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
