Site Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Site Supervisor at SP Constromate, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily activities on construction and interior project sites. Your main role involves managing workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the quality and timely execution of projects. You will also play a key part in interpreting drawings and instructions, monitoring material usage to minimize wastage, maintaining site records, and communicating effectively with project managers, designers, and clients. Additionally, you will need to identify and solve on-site problems to prevent delays and maintain safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the site. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate daily activities on construction and interior project sites. - Manage workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and timely execution. - Interpret drawings and instructions and implement work as per the project plan. - Monitor the usage of materials and ensure minimal wastage. - Maintain site records including attendance, material stock, and daily work progress. - Communicate regularly with project managers, designers, and clients. - Identify and solve basic on-site problems to avoid delays. - Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the site. Qualifications: - Graduation in any discipline (Science, Commerce, or Arts). - 1-5 years of experience in site supervision (construction or interior projects preferred). - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) is an added advantage. - Willingness to travel to different sites if required.
