Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Develop and maintain accurate records of site progress, including daily reports on labor productivity, material usage, and equipment maintenance.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and industry best practices throughout the construction process.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-6 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (residential projects).
B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and local laws governing residential construction projects.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) for report preparation; Excel for data analysis; PowerPoint for presentations.
