At Sky Arch, we deliver services in the area of Interior designing, Construction and property management(real estate). We are looking for a young and smart Male candidate for the role of Site Supervisor Intern. * Job Role:- - Ensure that all site activities are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with project plans and regulations. - Have knowledge in plan drawing and has knowledge in Autocad 2D. - Conduct meetings with client related to the project. - Supervise and coordinate the work of site staff, laborers, tradespeople and subcontractors. - Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials, equipment, and tools. - Manage relationships with design team and project coordinator to ensure smooth project execution. - Maintain site records, complete reports and perform other administrative tasks as required. - Conduct project related design discussions with the client and design team. * Minimum qualification : B.tech/ Degree/Related * Languages: English, Malayalam, Hindi(will be an added advantage) *2 Wheeler mandatory Male candidates can apply. Freshers are welcome Salary: 9,000/- to 15,000/- Office working hours: 9:30 to 5:30 Office working days: Monday to Saturday Location: Ulloor, Trivandrum.
