Site Supervisor / Site Engineer – Resort Construction Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to oversee the construction of our ongoing resort development project . The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in site supervision and civil works related to resort or hospitality infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site. Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors. Ensure quality control and compliance with architectural and structural plans. Monitor and enforce safety standards at the site. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and send regular updates directly to the Managing Director (MD) . Resolve on-site issues in coordination with the project team and management. Requirements: 2–5 years of relevant site supervision or engineering experience. Experience in resort, hotel, or high-end residential construction preferred. Strong understanding of construction drawings and structural detailing. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
