Job Description

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities.
Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labourers for smooth workflow.
Track material requirements, usage, and ensure timely availability at site.
Maintain site records including daily reports, photos, and checklists.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to standards.
Address on-site challenges and escalate issues when required.
Ensure safe and organized work environment at all times.

Key Requirements:

1 - 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor (construction projects).
Strong knowledge of construction workflows, materials, and execution practices.
Ability to read and interpret site drawings.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Proficiency in Tamil; basic English required (Hindi is an added advantage).
Willingness to work full-time from site.
