Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities at project sites. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, and workers to ensure that interior, furniture, fabrication, and other site-related works are carried out as per plan, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all on-site activities, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors for timely completion of tasks.
Monitor site progress, maintain daily site reports, and update management on project status.
Oversee material delivery, usage, and stock to prevent wastage and delays.
Resolve any site-related issues promptly to avoid project delays.
Inspect workmanship to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
Act as the primary point of contact between management and on-site teams.
Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and instructions provided by management/consultants.
Maintain attendance, and performance of the workforce.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience (2–5 years) in site supervision for interiors, construction, or fabrication projects.
Ability to read drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Problem-solving and time-management skills.
