Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Supervisor to oversee and manage daily operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and lead a team to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities. Ensure products are manufactured within the given time limit. Lead and motivate the team to achieve production goals. Monitor workflow, identify issues, and implement solutions. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Communicate effectively with the team and management. Maintain production reports and update records as needed. Requirements: Ability to understand and communicate in English . Strong leadership skills to manage and guide a team. Excellent time management to ensure timely production. Prior experience in a supervisory role (preferred). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Weekend availability Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
