Project Oversight

• Supervise daily operations on-site to ensure work is performed according to plans, schedules, and quality standards.

Team Management

• Manage and direct workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  
• Delegate tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently.
  
• Provide training or mentoring to junior staff or new workers.
  

Health and Safety Compliance

• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
  
• Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks.
  
• Monitor the site for hazards and enforce safety regulations.
  

Quality Control

• Inspect work to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
  
• Identify and resolve problems or defects on-site.
  
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to interpret technical documents.
  

Material and Equipment Management

• Oversee the use and storage of tools, materials, and equipment.
  
• Order supplies and materials as needed.
  
• Prevent material wastage and ensure cost-effective practices.
  

Communication and Coordination

• Act as the point of contact between workers, management, and clients.
  
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with different departments.
  
• Communicate updates and issues to stakeholders.
  

Record Keeping and Reporting

• Maintain site records such as timesheets, attendance, material usage, incident reports, and daily logs.
  
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports.
  

Problem Solving

• Address unexpected challenges or emergencies on-site.
  
• Make decisions that ensure minimal disruption to the project timeline.
