Site Supervisor

Position Overview

The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site activities for interior design and fit-out projects, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements. This role requires close coordination with the design, procurement, and project teams, as well as effective supervision of contractors, vendors, and skilled labor.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Management
• Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Monitor daily progress and coordinate work sequences to avoid delays.
• Maintain site discipline and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordination & Communication
• Liaise with Project Manager, Designers, and Engineers to resolve technical and execution challenges.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Quality Control
• Inspect workmanship at various stages and ensure quality as per approved standards.
• Report defects or deviations and ensure corrective measures are taken.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain daily site logs, attendance of workers, and progress reports.
• Assist in preparing site measurement reports and work completion checklists.
• Timeline & Resource Management
• Ensure work is completed as per the project schedule.
• Optimize resource utilization and prevent wastage of materials.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in site supervision within interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Reading and interpreting interior drawings (architectural, electrical, plumbing, carpentry).
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and installation techniques.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Work Conditions

• Location: Project sites (with travel to multiple locations if required).
• Working Hours: As per site requirements, including weekends/extended hours when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
