We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction site activities and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and deadlines.
• Allocate and manage labor, materials, and equipment effectively.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards at all times.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for seamless workflow.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports and inventory.
• Identify and resolve any site issues or delays promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,953.01 per month
