Role Overview:

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee modular kitchen installation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, accurate, and quality installation while coordinating between clients, vendors, and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate kitchen installation teams on-site.
• Ensure installations are completed as per drawings and specifications.
• Manage daily site operations and handle client queries efficiently.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain quality control.
• Coordinate with the design, procurement, and production teams.
• Handle measurements, installation timelines, and progress reporting.
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges and ensure smooth handover to clients.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Interior / Engineering (preferred).
• 2–4 years of on-site supervision experience, preferably in modular kitchen or interior installation.
• Strong understanding of drawings, fittings, and hardware.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to travel to sites across the city.
• Ownership mindset and ability to handle multiple sites independently.
