Site Supervisor .

You are urgently needed to join as a Supervisor in a Mining Company. The salary offered for this position ranges from 12,000/- to 14,000/- per month along with E.S.I. benefits. Your duty hours will be 10 to 12 hours per day with Sunday as a holiday. The job locations include UP, Jharkhand, Dhanbadh, Durgapur, Asansole, Raniganj, and Churulia. Your primary responsibilities will include checking the loading and unloading of coal from vehicles, monitoring the number of trucks loaded and unloaded, and generating reports accordingly. You will be expected to provide leadership and guidance to mining personnel such as operators, technicians, and laborers. Additionally, maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production, safety incidents, equipment maintenance, and other coal mining operations aspects will be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum educational qualification of H.S, Graduation, or above. Good verbal communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and skills in guidance, coal mining, leadership, monitoring, report generation, and record-keeping are essential requirements for this job.
