Role Summary

Site Supervisor

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy working on fast-paced projects and want to grow into a Site Engineer or Project Management role.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise execution of carpentry, electrical, civil, painting, and MEP works
• Coordinate with vendors, labor contractors, and in-house teams
• Verify work progress as per drawings and specifications
• Track daily labor attendance, productivity, and site material usage
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Communicate regularly with Project Manager and office team
• Provide daily progress updates via WhatsApp or project tools
• Assist with material follow-up and site-level procurement coordination
  

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture
• 0 - 5 years experience in site supervision of commercial or retail interiors
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and site practices
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and coordinate with design teams
• Willingness to travel to project sites
• Problem-solving mindset, team coordination, and time discipline

• Must have a Motorcyle/bike/Two-wheeler for transport

Compensation Package

• Monthly Salary:

  18,000 - 27,000 (based on experience & capability)

• Annual Bonus:

  Performance-based (up to 2 Month's Salary)
