Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Own the full lifecycle of assigned projects from kickoff to handover.
• Prepare execution plans, milestones, and resource schedules.
• Ensure smooth coordination between site teams, vendors, and office functions.
• Anticipate risks and resolve execution bottlenecks proactively.
  

Multi-Project & Team Leadership

• Manage multiple concurrent projects across locations.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate site supervisors, coordinators, and support staff.
• Ensure clear task ownership, timelines, and accountability across teams.
• Conduct periodic site reviews and structured progress meetings.
  

Cost, Budget & Commercial Control

• Track project budgets, labour productivity, material consumption, and variations.
• Identify cost overruns early and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with accounts and procurement for billing, certifications, and closures.
• Protect project margins while maintaining quality and timelines.
  

Technology, Systems & MIS

• Drive the use of

  digital tools

  (Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, shared drives).
• Ensure structured MIS reporting for progress, cost, labour, and materials.
• Improve internal processes for approvals, reporting, and documentation.
• Create visibility for management through clean, reliable data.
  

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary execution contact for clients.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants.
• Manage expectations, variations, and escalations professionally.
• Ensure smooth handovers and client satisfaction.
  

Business Mindset & Continuous Improvement

• View each project as a business unit with clear outcomes.
• Suggest improvements in execution methods, vendor strategy, and workflows.
• Support management in scaling operations without compromising control.
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• B.Arch - Architecture / B.Arch - Interior Architecture / B.Tech/B.E. - Civil / M.Arch - Architecture / M.Tech - Civil /B.Des/M.Des. - Interior Design
  

Experience & Skills

• Min of 6 years managing interior fit-out, retail rollout, or commercial construction projects.
• Proven experience handling

  multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, execution sequencing, and finishes.
• Comfortable with Excel-based tracking and digital documentation systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making ability.
• Commercially aware and outcome-driven.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary:

  Rs.50k - 60k per month gross (based on capability)
