Job Description

The Site Supervisor position based in Bardez for civil and finishing works is a full-time on-site role that requires overseeing and managing construction sites effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will be required to coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting site inspections, and promptly resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining project documentation and providing progress reports to senior management. It is essential that candidates for this role are located in Goa. To excel in this role, you should possess project management and site supervision skills, a strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance, excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, effective communication and coordination skills, and relevant experience in the construction industry. The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and hold certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field are also preferred qualifications for this position.,
