Site Supervision

• Supervise daily façade installation activities including curtain wall, glazing, cladding, and related works.
• Ensure façade works are executed according to approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure efficiency at site.
• Check alignment, levels, dimensions, and finishing of façade elements.

Coordination

• Coordinate with project engineers, QA/QC, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
• Liaise with main contractor, consultants, and client representatives on façade installation matters.
• Ensure timely delivery and installation of façade materials and components.

Quality & Safety

• Ensure works comply with quality standards and report any non-conformance to QA/QC.
• Monitor façade works for safety compliance in accordance with company and site HSE rules.
• Verify installation tolerances, fixing methods, and sealant application.

Progress Monitoring

• Track daily site progress and report to the project manager/engineer.
• Highlight delays, risks, and site constraints that may impact project schedule.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of façade works.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–7 years of site supervision experience in façade/curtain wall projects.
• Strong knowledge of façade installation methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret façade shop drawings and details.
• Good communication and leadership skills to manage site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong awareness of safety and quality practices.

Additional Requirements

• Experience in high-rise façade projects preferred.
• Familiarity with international façade standards and site testing procedures is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
