QA QC Manger (Commercial High rise)

As a QA QC Manager in a Commercial High Rise project located in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in ensuring project quality and compliance with various codes, standards, regulations, and specifications. With over 10 years of experience in QA QC Civil and at least 2 years in Commercial High rise projects, you will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities: - Managing project quality to meet codes, standards, regulations, and QMS requirements. - Enhancing quality performance and achievement across the organization. - Developing and implementing the Quality Management System (QMS) for planning, fabrication, inspection, documentation, and operations activities. - Planning QA/QC staff duties and work schedules. - Establishing service standards for end users and identifying certification requirements for QA/QC personnel. - Providing leadership, mentorship, and direction to QA/QC personnel. - Taking responsibility for hold-point releases post QMS completion. - Implementing risk-based inspection (RBI) activities and processes. - Managing plant integrity through failure analysis reporting and follow-up. - Supervising visual inspections, NDE, and managing inspection, NDE, and testing plans. - Identifying and resolving inspection function deficiencies. - Managing construction processes, equipment, personnel certification, and QMS internal audits. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, requiring in-person work. The schedule is a day shift with fixed hours. Benefits include Provident Fund.
