QA QC Manger (Commercial High rise)

As a QA QC Manager for a Commercial High Rise project in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in ensuring project quality and compliance with codes, standards, regulations, and QMS requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing project quality by overseeing compliance with equipment-specific specifications and QMS requirements. - Driving quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization. - Developing and implementing the QMS for planning, fabrication, inspection, documentation, and operations activities. - Planning duties and work schedules for the QA/QC staff. - Setting service standards for end users and identifying certification requirements for QA/QC personnel. - Providing leadership, mentorship, and direction to the QA/QC team. - Taking full responsibility for hold-point releases after completing all QMS functions. - Implementing risk-based inspection activities and processes using industry-standard programs. - Managing plant integrity through a failure analysis reporting system. - Supervising visual inspections, NDE, and 3rd party subcontractors. - Creating and managing inspection, NDE, and testing plans for construction and repair work. - Identifying and resolving inspection function deficiencies. - Managing construction processes, equipment certification, and QMS internal audits.
