Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the complete application of premium wall textures at ongoing project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, team management skills, and the ability to ensure flawless execution as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily texture application activities at sites.
Coordinate with contractors, applicators, and on-site workers.
Ensure correct mixing ratios, surface preparation, and application methods.
Maintain quality control for finishes like: limostone, rustic, terre expose, sorrentino, etc.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion as per schedules.
Conduct site measurements, material planning, and consumption tracking.
Report daily updates with photos/videos to the Operations/Project team.
Ensure safety standards and clean work practices on site.
Resolve on-site issues and maintain strong client communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in wall textures, paints, or civil finishing.
Strong understanding of texture tools, application techniques & site workflow.
Ability to manage workforce and multiple sites.
Basic knowledge of material handling and quality checks.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Two-wheeler preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
