Job Summary

Manage all aspects of the site efficiently and cost-effectively and with no compromise on the quality of the deliverables with the stipulated time period

● Fresher / experienced

● Preferably Male candidate

Duties and Responsibilities

● Manages and monitors work of the workers in the site.

● Should keep track of all the work done by the labors.

● Should arrange the workers on proper days to the sites.

● Keep all the registers as advised by the admin team.

● Should keep a detailed track record on the wages of the workers and submit it to the accounts department on a weekly basis.

● Should ensure that the work is going as per the scheduled report submitted to the management.

● All the concerns made from the side of the customer must be reported to the project manager and also to the customer success coordinator.

● All the complaints must be cleared out only through the advice of the project coordinator.

● Should be responsible for the availability of resources in the sites and must have a pre-planning on that.

● They are in charge of the supervision of the whole project.

● Should ensure that the employees are carrying out their works in an acceptable and timely manner.

● They must check on several activities at once.

● They must be available on the site whole through the project to make sure that it runs smoothly and resolve complaints.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

• Overnight Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
