SITE SUPERVISOR CUM DESIGNER

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in KOZHIKODE, KANNUR, MALAPPURAM , India, for a Site Supervisor cum Designer. The Site Supervisor cum Designer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, coordinating with workers and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing project timelines. They will also be involved in designing project plans, creating blueprints, and collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure that designs meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Skills in Construction Oversight, Project Management, and Site Supervision
• Proficiency in Design Software, Blueprints Creation, and Architectural Collaboration
• Understanding of Safety Regulations, Compliance Standards, and Quality Assurance
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
