Site Supervisor Construction (Office Fit-Outs)

As a Site Supervisor at Studiokon Ventures Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve the day-to-day supervision of interior fit-out works at project sites. You will be responsible for coordinating manpower, ensuring material availability, maintaining quality standards, and monitoring progress according to project timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise and monitor daily site activities in alignment with drawings and project schedule. - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure a smooth workflow. - Check the quality of materials and workmanship during installation. - Verify measurements, quantities, and alignment as per approved drawings. - Ensure proper material handling, storage, and utilization at the site. - Maintain daily site reports, including labor deployment, material consumption, and progress updates. - Ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping norms on-site. - Support the Project Manager in progress tracking, billing inputs, and site documentation. **Desired Candidate Profile:** - Qualification in Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Interior Design. - 3-8 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (corporate/retail/commercial). - Strong knowledge of interior finishing works like partitioning, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, and HVAC coordination. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. - Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Proactive, organized, and disciplined in site management.
