Site Supervisor (Civil)

As a Site Supervisor in Calicut, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your role will involve supervising construction activities on-site, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring progress and quality of workmanship, conducting regular site inspections, and preparing daily reports. You will need to communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, manage onsite personnel to optimize productivity, maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with environmental regulations, and operate a two-wheeler vehicle for site visits. To qualify for this position, you should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry, knowledge of construction methods and materials, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Additionally, you should be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, have a valid two-wheeler license, and access to a vehicle for transportation to the construction site.
