Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team in Changanacherry. The ideal candidate will oversee construction activities, ensure technical excellence, and coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and the design team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed as per design and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to execute projects efficiently.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure site safety, resource management, and timely completion of work.
• Handle material estimation, verification, and inspection.
• Conduct site measurements and assist in quantity surveying.
• Liaise with clients and provide regular project updates.

Requirements:

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in building construction (freshers with strong technical skills may also apply).
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and site supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project documentation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Changanacherry.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Various project sites across Changanacherry and nearby areas
• Salary: Based on experience and performance

Pay: From ₹6,000.00 per month
