Site Supervisor (Civil)

As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and monitoring day-to-day civil construction activities on-site. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising and monitoring day-to-day civil construction activities on-site. - Coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. - Checking materials, tools, and equipment before use to ensure quality and compliance. - Maintaining daily site records including work progress, materials used, and manpower deployed. - Identifying and resolving any on-site issues or deviations from the plan. - Assisting in preparing and reviewing method statements and work procedures. - Conducting site inspections and reporting non-compliance or safety violations. - Coordinating inspections with consultants and clients. - Monitoring and controlling the project schedule to avoid delays. Qualifications & Skills required for this role are: - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in construction or infrastructure projects. - Strong knowledge of civil works such as excavation, concreting, shuttering, steel reinforcement, masonry, and finishing. - Familiarity with construction drawings and site documentation. - Good understanding of health and safety regulations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills. - Ability to work independently and make decisions on-site. - Basic proficiency in MS Office and site reporting tools. Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including leave encashment and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with a willingness to travel up to 25% preferred.
