Site Supervisor (Civil)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in both private and government building projects. The candidate will oversee site execution, quality control, and coordination between teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute building construction works for both private and government projects.
• Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government officials.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
• Prepare site reports, measurements, and bills.
• Handle government contract documentation, inspections, and approvals.

Requirements:

• BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in building projects (minimum 2 years in government works).
• Strong knowledge of Tamil Nadu PWD norms, building codes, and tender processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage site teams effectively. (Ready to stay in project location is must for this post)
• Tamil / Hindi fluency is mandatory.
