Job Description

As a Site Supervisor for civil construction and finishing works, you will be responsible for supervising and monitoring day-to-day site activities. Your main duties will include: - Ensuring that all work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and timelines - Coordinating with contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution - Monitoring labor attendance, productivity, and work quality - Conducting regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols - Reporting work progress, delays, and material requirements to the Project Manager - Maintaining site documentation such as daily progress reports, labor records, and checklists - Assisting in material handling, site cleanliness, and managing equipment on-site - Handling minor issues and providing on-ground solutions to avoid delays Additionally, the job is full-time with a day shift schedule and requires you to work in person at the designated work location.,
