Site Supervisor (Civil)

As a Civil Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and monitoring day-to-day site activities related to civil construction and finishing works. Your role will involve ensuring that all work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines. You will need to coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of the project. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise labor attendance, productivity, and work quality - Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols - Report work progress, delays, and material requirements to the Project Manager - Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, labor records, and checklists - Assist in material handling, site cleanliness, and managing equipment on-site - Handle minor issues and provide on-ground solutions to avoid delays Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in civil construction supervision - Knowledge of construction drawings and specifications - Strong communication and coordination skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards This full-time position requires you to work day shifts at the project site in person.,
