Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Site Supervisor based in New Delhi/ Noida. The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage on-site activities for various projects, including infrastructure and home interiors. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, ensuring project timelines are met, maintaining quality standards, conducting site inspections, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The Site Supervisor will also liaise with stakeholders to align project objectives and execution.

Qualifications

• Project management and site supervision skills with experience in coordinating various stakeholders and ensuring timely project completion
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, quality standards, and safety compliance
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
• Effective communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in infrastructure, branding, or interior design projects will be an added advantage
