Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Drafter role for CBPL Homes located in Pashchim Vihar,New Delhi. One should be proficient in Autocad and sketchup 2D/3D.The Drafter will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for various projects. This includes collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet specifications, revising drawings as needed, and adhering to project timelines. The Drafter will also assist in maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Proficiency in CAD software and technical drawing tools Familiarity with architectural and engineering principles Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and other team members Excellent communication and time management skills Previous experience in drafting or a related field is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Interior Designer at CBPL. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating construction drawings, designing interiors, and selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). Daily tasks include collaborating with clients, developing design concepts, producing detailed drawings and specifications, and ensuring projects adhere to timelines and budgets.
