Site Supervisor

Site Management : Expected to supervise and monitor project site deliverables on projects undertaken.

Project Quality Management: Ensure quality code adherence is strictly followed for overall standards as per the expectations set

Safety Management: Ensure adherence to safety procedures during the site work and report violations

Vendor Management : Work closely with vendors impaneled for the project, follow up and monitor work of various vendors at site.

Site Meetings : Participate in weekly site meetings with the project manager and vendors impaneled for monitoring of project progress.

Team Management : To lead and motivate a team of project professionals deployed at site for the timely completion of work as per the desired standards.

Liaison Activity : Work closely with statutory bodies, building developers and the real estate team of the premises during various stages of project execution.

Project Reports Management : Responsible for the preparation of site-related reports

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
