Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Site Supervisor role located in Hyderabad. The Site Supervisor will oversee on-site operations, ensuring construction projects meet design, quality, and safety standards. Responsibilities will include supervising on-site activities, coordinating with contractors, monitoring schedules, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and addressing any project-related issues. The role involves close collaboration with designers, architects, and clients to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in project supervision, construction management, and dealing with contractors
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, design plans, and technical drawings
• Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate schedules and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges effectively
• Knowledge of safety protocols and building regulations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with clients and teams
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
• Experience in interior design/construction will be considered an asset
