Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Surat. The Site Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring quality work and adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities include managing site schedules, coordinating with contractors and clients, supervising technical staff, and ensuring timely project completion. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Site management and supervisory skills
• Experience in electrical engineering and construction
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of safety protocols and industry regulations
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Proficiency in project management software is a plus
