Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor, located in Kolkata. The Site Supervisor will oversee the execution of interior design projects, ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and compliance with design specifications. Key responsibilities include supervising contractors, coordinating with vendors, managing materials on-site, and addressing any on-ground challenges. Effective communication with the design team to align project execution with design intent is essential. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records of daily site activities and resolving potential issues proactively.

Qualifications

• Project supervision and site management experience
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, construction processes, and on-ground vendor management
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Strong communication abilities to liaise between multiple stakeholders effectively
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting design plans and drawings
• Experience in interior design or construction projects is an advantage
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
