Job Description

  • Overall administration of Services and Deliverables within the SCoE
  • Liaison between Contractor and client for the SCoE Services
  • Plan, organize, direct and control the operational and administrative activities of the Services and Deliverables required of SCoE Services Personnel on a day to day basis
  • Provide oversight and direction of the Facility or local SOCspersonnel monitoring systems and networks from various SOCs across all regions
  • Provide regional emergency and non-emergency security system monitoring, event dispatch, and emergency notification services
  • Lead and manage the team to fulfill crisis coordination duties
  • Oversee all site commissioning (Cx) and decommissioning projects, and ensuring accurate tracking of all Cx projects
  • Oversee all SCoE Services operational duties, ensuring all necessary tools are obtained and assisting escalation of issues identified
  • Collaboration with all RSOC and ASOC managers and/or or supervisors
  • Ensure all team members maintain state regulated licenses and qualifications as applicable
  • Deliver assessments to client with recommendation of a course of action to be taken
  • Analyze findings in investigative matters, analyze available data and develop fact based reports of events
  • Work with relevant teams to identify shared goals and partners to achieve those goals efficiently
  • Orchestrate SCoE team during a security incident to respond and
  • communicating effectively to partner teams and management
  • Monitor to ensure Contractors and its Personnels compliance with all policies, processes, and procedures
  • Provide concierge services for respective areas of responsibility to ensure superior customer service while answering questions and providing professional support as needed

Security Managerial Services

a)Language expectations: All Personnel performing this service must comply with the following language expectations:

i) APAC, LATAM and NORAM - Business level proficiency in English and local language

ii) EMEA - Business level proficiency in English (CEFR) and local language b) Site Security Management Services includes all aspects of the physical security operation; including, but not limited to, the following at the location(s) assigned within a given metro or geographic area:

i) Responsible for overall administration of the services and deliverables provided pursuant to the contract and ensuring contractor and Personnels compliance with the regulatory and contractual requirements of the SOW

ii) Liaison between contractor and client, with law enforcement agencies, with client customers at the facilities, and with all Personnel iii) Plan, organize, direct, and control the operational and administrative activities of the services and deliverables required of Personnel on a day to day basis

iv) Interact directly with the different internal groups on a daily basis to help ensure a fluent operational continuity throughout the site, thereby maintaining a transparent and trustful partnership with the client

v) Prepare for upcoming Marcus construction projects and help provide a strategic security plan

vi) Oversee security exercises and continuous improvement initiatives vii) Respond and provide security support to all emergencies

viii)Enforce physical security measures and practices to ensure client directives are completed ix) Knowledgeable of, and able to enforce, all policies/procedures from security related documentation

x) Continuously review the site security posture and immediate area for any gaps or known risk(s) to the site, site personnel, etc.

xi) Propose and implement proactive measures to detect security and safety weaknesses, provide relevant solutions, improve performance and expand operations

xii) Collect, input, and review for accuracy all site metrics and assigned reporting requirements in compliance with contract requirements xiii)Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all incidents using the reporting system

xiv) After coordinating with and gaining approval from the assigned Customer Point of Contact, conduct site investigations

xv) Oversee the ordering and issuing of access badges for employees, extended workforce members, and visitors

xvi) Provision new contract security personnel as outlined in policy and procedures

xvii) Ensure contract security personnel have completed background checks and pre- deployment training before gaining access to the site, oversee the required on-the-job (OJT) training program, and continuing training of the security staff

xviii) Serve as a member of the local site Emergency Response Team (ERT) and coordinate / participate in weekly/monthly drills in addition to the Monthly Operational Exercise

xix) Ensure key control is in compliance with set policies and procedures xx) Audit physical security systems to ensure functionality and resolve any issues that may compromise the security of the site in a timely manner

xxi) Conduct post inspections to ensure officers are following assigned Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures Security Operations Managerial Services
