With a global presence and commitment to helping customers thrive, Wipro offers a dynamic environment where you can contribute to the future of technology. **Key Responsibilities:** - Hands-on design, analysis, development, and troubleshooting of highly-distributed large-scale production systems and event-driven, cloud-based services - Linux Administration, managing a fleet of Linux and Windows VMs as part of the application solutions - Advocating Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC) practices within the organization - Taking ownership of reliability, uptime, system security, cost, operations, capacity, and performance analysis - Monitoring and reporting on service level objectives for various application services and collaborating with different teams to establish key service level indicators - Ensuring repeatability, traceability, and transparency of infrastructure automation and supporting on-call rotations for operational duties - Supporting healthy software development practices and creating/maintaining monitoring technologies and processes to enhance visibility into application performance and business metrics - Partnering with security engineers to develop plans and automation for responding to new risks and vulnerabilities **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, application development, infrastructure development, or related fields - Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, Python, PHP, Go, Java, or Ruby with a minimum of 5 years of experience - Ability to read, understand, and write code with at least 3 years of experience - Mastery of infrastructure automation technologies like Terraform, Code Deploy, Puppet, Ansible, and Chef with a minimum of 3 years of experience - Expertise in container/container-fleet-orchestration technologies including Kubernetes, Openshift, AKS, EKS, Docker, Vagrant, etcd, and zookeeper with a minimum of 3 years of experience - Proficiency in cloud and container-native Linux administration/build/management skills for at least 5 years At Wipro, you will be part of a digital transformation journey where reinvention and continuous evolution are key.
