Site Reliability Engineer

We are looking for a skilled SRE with 5 to 20 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in monitoring tools such as Prometheus/Azure Monitor/CloudWatch/DataDog/Dynatrace/ELK/Harness SRM, Grafana/AppDynamics/Splunk/Open Telemetry.

• Design and implement scalable and reliable monitoring solutions using various monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Grafana and AppDynamics.
• Ensure seamless integration of monitoring tools with existing infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to monitoring tools.
• Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support of production systems.

• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java/.NET/Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
