Job Description: Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Job Title: Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Location: Mumbai Department: Infrastructure & DevOps Experience Level: 7+ Years Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The candidate will have a strong background in building and maintaining scalable, reliable systems and will play a key role in ensuring the performance, availability, and security of our production environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage highly available and scalable infrastructure. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability and performance. Automate operational tasks and deployment processes using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines. Monitor system health and performance using observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, APM). Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem documentation. Ensure compliance with security and operational standards. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles. Strong expertise in Linux/Unix systems and networking. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, etc.). Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Deep understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with database management and optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards. Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer)
