Senior Software Engineer Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced .NET Backend Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems and APIs using the Microsoft .NET stack. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, scalable, and secure backend services. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+ Build RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards Optimize application performance, scalability, and security Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps, and other developers in an Agile environment Write and maintain technical documentation for APIs and backend services Support existing systems, troubleshoot production issues, and implement fixes Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps practices Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Minimum 5 years of professional experience in backend development using .NET Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Web API, and Entity Framework/Core Experience with caching tools (e.g., Redis, Memcached) Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS Familiarity with unit testing and TDD (e.g., xUnit, NUnit, Moq) Experience with version control systems like Git Good understanding of software design patterns and SOLID principles Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
