Job Details – Responsibilities Fit
1. Ownership/initiative to assess Reliability & Resiliency maturity gaps: prior SRE/observability ownership, SLO/SLI work, incident/RCA, architecture review habits, proactive improvements.
2. Hands-on uplift of reliability/resiliency via code + SRE patterns: implementing resiliency (retries, circuit breakers, autoscaling, chaos, DR), serverless reliability work, or partnering with dev teams.
Skill Fit – Must Have
· AWS: Serverless, CodePipeline, ROSA / OpenShift
· CI/CD: GitLab Pipelines
· Observability: Dynatrace + CloudWatch (or close equivalents)
· Ways of Working: Strong communication & Agile practices
· Core Practices: SRE practices & architecture review
· Programming: Python / Java / NodeJS
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,007,412.29 - ₹2,302,168.29 per year
