Site QA/QC Engineer - Civil, Mech. & E&I

As a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineer, you will be responsible for the following: - Preparation & Implementation of Method statements, Procedures & ITPs related to Civil, Mech & E&I works in accordance with Contract specifications. - Evaluate sub-contractor workmen, conduct induction programs, and monitor their performance. - Coordinate with the client for QA/QC submittal approval, daily inspections, audits, observation closure, and final system clearance. - Supervise a team of field QA/QC inspectors, providing guidance and mentoring as needed. - Conduct incoming material inspections for all project items and ensure periodic surveillance for preservation until installation. - Perform on-site inspections of all Civil, Mech. & E&I works. - Witness calibrations of all relevant equipment. - Organize and conduct periodic Product Quality audits specific to Civil, Mech. & E&I works in coordination with all stakeholders. - Conduct Root Cause analysis for major failures and implement necessary Correction/Corrective actions. - Capture learnings and implement Best Practices on-site for Civil, Mech & E&I works.
