Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure quality assurance processes meet customer requirements through effective implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of non-conformities.
Develop and maintain documentation related to quality systems, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product quality, process validation, and equipment calibration.
Provide training on quality-related topics to employees at all levels within the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

12-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field in Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
B.Tech/B.E. degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies; certification preferred.
Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
