Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality assurance processes meet customer requirements through effective implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of non-conformities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to quality systems, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product quality, process validation, and equipment calibration.
  • Provide training on quality-related topics to employees at all levels within the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 12-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field in Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
  • B.Tech/B.E. degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies; certification preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
