Job Title: Site Project Manager – Civil Engineering

Location: Ernakulam
Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 7–10 years (must have handled multiple sites)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of multiple civil projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in site estimation, client coordination, resource planning, and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction & Estimation
• Meet clients to understand project requirements and prepare detailed estimates.
• Project Planning & Scheduling
• Develop timelines, resource allocation plans, and payment schedules based on the approved estimation.
• Execution & Supervision
• Oversee on-site work, ensuring execution is in line with project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate labor, material flow, and subcontractors efficiently across sites.
• Change Management & Communication
• Communicate any changes or deviations in scope, timeline, or payment schedules with clients promptly and clearly.
• Adjust and document revised plans and ensure transparent communication.

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in civil site management
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong skills in estimation, planning, and execution
• Excellent client communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate with various stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
