Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred) 2–5 years of experience in site coordination or site supervision (real estate or construction) Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage teams effectively Good knowledge of construction materials, drawings, and site procedures Preferred Experience: Residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate project sites Working knowledge of local municipal regulations and RERA compliance Experience working with contractors, vendors, and labor force in a high-paced environment
